Which suburbs do you deliver to?
We currently deliver posies to: Baldivis, Bertram, Calista, Cooloongup, East Rockingham, Golden Bay, Hillman, Kwinana, Leda, Medina, Orelia, Peron, Parmelia, Port Kennedy, Rockingham, Rockingham Beach, Safety Bay, Secret Harbour, Shoalwater, Waikiki, Warnbro, Wellard. Please contact me prior to ordering if your delivery address is not included in our free delivery area.
If your delivery is to a School or Business please include the business name & opening hours. In addition you are welcome to contact me prior to ordering to ensure I can deliver your posy within business hours.
If your delivery is to a gated property please include a phone number for the recipient. If a phone number is not provided or I can not contact yourself, the recipient, or there is a dog, or beware of dog sign, the posy will be left in a safe spot in front of the gate. I will not enter properties with roaming dogs & no owner in attendance. If a safe spot cannot be located, for an additional $15 we can attempt re-delivery on an alternative date.
Can I select the flowers for my posy?
In short – no, sorry. Part of what makes us special is the surprise! Our posies are gorgeous and fresh because we select our flowers based on seasonal availability and quality. This means they change on a daily basis. I love to include unique florals & varying colour palettes. To get a feel for our style please head to our home page, Instagram and Facebook pages. If you would like to request specific colour palettes or flowers please contact me prior to ordering to discuss. Please note: A minimum of 3 weeks notice is required for ordering purposes.
What time will my posy be dropped? Can I request a specific time?
Our posies are delivered anytime between 1pm and 5pm, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. To ensure timely delivery the most economical route is taken and while we can try and meet a request, we cannot guarantee a time. This allows us to continue supplying high quality products at affordable prices. While we don’t deliver on weekends, you can make a request to collect from Safety Bay if posies are available.
What if the recipient is not there when you drop off?
If the lucky recipient is not at home we will try and find a shaded spot near the door to drop their posy. Each posy is delivered in water to ensure they stay hydrated. However, please don’t leave the posy in the heat or wind for long, they are delicate and sensitive to heat! The sender will receive a text message, with an image of the location if the posy has been left at the recipients door.
What days do you drop?
To ensure the freshest flowers we currently deliver on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. While we don’t deliver on weekends, you can make a request to collect from Safety Bay if posies are available.
Can I order in advance?
Yes, if you have a special occasion coming up and don’t want to forget, you can order a Posy Drop in advance by selecting a future date from the calendar or by contacting me to discuss your order. I require a minimum of three weeks notice for specific colour or flower requests & event orders.
What if I entered the wrong address?
That’s okay, if you realise before 1 pm on the day of delivery please contact me to request a change of address, either by phone 0416134217, email email@example.com or Facebook Messenger. If we were unable to deliver because the address wasn’t correct, for an additional $15 we can attempt re-delivery the next day (please note – as we don’t deliver Saturday and Sunday, if you’ve entered the wrong address on a Friday we will attempt to redeliver on Monday).
